The direction of ROS CONESA, S.L. dedicated to the design, manufacture and assembly of agroindustrial machinery, focuses its Quality Management System as a way to organize its business life, basing it on basic pillars such as the quality of its products, the continuous improvement of its processes and the incessant search for the satisfaction of its customers.

For this reason, the Directorate declares the Quality Management System, according to the requirements of the International Standard UNE EN-ISO 9001: 2015, as a strategic and priority objective, focusing its foundations and commitments on the achievement of the following objectives:

• Extension markets.
• Continuous improvement in our production process.
• Greater control in the production process to ensure proper monitoring of our activity and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with the requirements, needs and expectations of our stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the customer requirements, legal requirements applicable to our activity and other requirements that the company subscribes.
• Continuous improvement the quality management system and our performance of the management system processes, with the aim of, among others, achieving a high degree of internal organization.

Thus, it is the responsibility of all company personnel, the correct compliance with these guidelines and their implementation, for which, the management of ROS CONESA undertakes to provide all the human, technical and financial means necessary to achieve this, and to periodically review the company's strategy, adapting it to changes that may occur in its context.
